Product Description

The BTF15-BDTD-P sensor is an integrated industrial-grade detection solution combining the BTF15 inductive proximity and BDTD-P position detector. Designed for automation systems, it operates at 10-30V DC with a wide temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. Featuring a single digital output (NPN/PNP configurable), it directly interfaces with PLCs or control modules without additional interfaces. This device offers a 3-15mm adjustable detection range for metallic targets, ideal for precision positioning in automotive assembly or machinery. Key advantages include IP67 protection, high repeatability (±0.5mm), and shock resistance. Limitations include restricted non-metallic detection. Compact housing (18mm diameter, 50mm length) ensures easy installation in confined spaces. No onboard battery or display, requiring external power and status monitoring via output signals.
